Solitaire Homes case study
Case study: a nature-led real estate advertising campaign for Solitaire Homes Pashan in Pune.

“Landmark for all, a masterpiece for you. A campaign that sells nearing-possession homes through nature, family and a view worth waking up to.
A nature-led campaign for nearing-possession homes in Pashan
Solitaire Homes Pashan is a residential project of 2 and 3 BHK homes in Pashan, Pune, with views of Vetal Hills and Pashan Lake. The Shades created the advertising creatives that took the project to the road, the newspaper and the social media feed.
Because the homes were nearing possession, buyers could already see the real views. Our job was to turn that advantage into one clear, memorable campaign across every format.
- Campaign concept and headlines
- Site hoarding design
- Newspaper and print ad
- Instagram and Facebook post series
- Vertical story and reel creatives
- RERA, disclaimer and offer layouts
Standing out in one of Pune's most advertised localities
Pashan is a popular address and many real estate ads compete for the same attention. The creatives had to stop a scroll, read at a glance on a hoarding and still carry the offer, the BHK details and the legal lines.
The same message also had to work on a tall newspaper page, a square post and a full-screen story.
Real views, real families, one clear system
We led with what the project actually offers: green hills, a lake and calm. Real lifestyle photography of families on terraces and in living rooms shows the life, while elegant serif headlines keep the brand premium.
A fixed system of logo, headline, offer badge, BHK strip and legal footer makes every format instantly recognisable as Solitaire Homes.
Three ideas behind the Solitaire Homes campaign
Nature
Hills, lake views and green leaf frames keep the campaign fresh, calm and rooted in Pashan.
Family
Parents and children playing at home turn square feet into the feeling of a life worth buying into.
Clarity
Large headline, clean offer badge and a clear BHK strip make the message readable in two seconds.
A hoarding that tells the whole story in one glance
The site hoarding combines the logo panel, a wide lake view with a family on a terrace, lifestyle photography and a row of simple icons for nature surroundings, lake view, modern amenities, peaceful living and prime location.
The headline "A home for your inner peace" and the line "Landmark for all, a masterpiece for you" read clearly from the road, and a QR code invites a site visit booking.
A newspaper ad built for a full-page read
For print we created a tall layout with an open terrace, curtains framing a sunlit hill view and a family at play. The headline sits in the sky, the offer in a bold box and the contact details, site address and MahaRERA number in a clean footer.
We keep the disclaimer legible and well spaced, so the ad stays compliant and still looks premium on newsprint.

Vertical creatives made for the phone screen
Vertical story creatives use full-bleed photography, a large headline and a bold offer ribbon. "A home for your inner peace" leads with the lake view, and "A home for yourself" leads with a family moment.
The logo, BHK details and RERA strip stay in the same safe zones, so a viewer recognises the brand instantly.

Five posts, five reasons to move
The feed series gives each theme its own post inside the same hexagon frame with leaf details: a picture perfect life, a landmark for all, amenities for the whole family, views so beautiful and a terrace with the Pashan Lake view.
Because the frame, serif headline, offer badge and BHK strip repeat, followers learn the layout and read each new post faster. Short, human headlines keep the tone warm and the hashtag #makeasmartmove ties the series together.

One campaign, every format
From a wide road-side hoarding to a newspaper page and a phone story, Solitaire Homes Pashan now speaks with one voice. The same layout system, photography style and headline tone make the project look consistent and trustworthy everywhere buyers meet it.
This is how we approach every real estate project: start with the strongest truth about the location, turn it into a simple idea and design a system that scales across formats.
